Player Watch: Edition 2: Breakout Players!

Three weeks are in the books and 5 players stand strong and look to be having a solid breakout season. One noobs and four veterans break the list.

Josh Little, Face and Humans.

As Josh goes, his team follows. Leading the NL in Avg (.536), tied for 1st for Rbi's (13) and second in Homeruns (5).This high emotion rookie looks to be putting up MVP numbers and has the potential to be the Kwl's first Triple Crown Winner.

Joey Brainerd, Flyin' Wildebeest.

Joey is hitting out of his goard early on batting .400 (14-40) scoring eight runs and driving in six. A career .260 hitter, Joey looks to break the .300 range for the first time in his career. Joey's due for a break out season!

Jim Moe,
Industrials.

Mr. Moe has always been known for his inconsistencies, but at the end of last season something clicked. Jim finished 07' on a tear and just nearly missed the .400 plateau. Continuing with last years late success, Jim is leading the entire Kwl in average with a .552 clip (16-29). Hitting like a superstar, Jim is quickly becoming the Best Leadoff hitter in the League.

Aj Tate,
Belly Itchers.

Aj is certainly known for his Pitching, but he is really making a statment with is Bat early on this season. Tater is hitting .516 (16-31) with 3 homers and 13 runs scored. If Aj's bat continues to be as productive he will become a very strong MVP canidate at seasons end.

.

Adam Ross,
Ams Indians.

Despite his teams early season slide, Adam has started with a Hot bat. Adam struggled early on last season before finishing strong with a .398 average. So far this season Adam is hitting .353 (12-34). Adam's start has put him on the map and could possible make his first Allstar appearence in the Kwl.
