Outlook:
Second to a pitching ace, the next hardest element to find is a solid hitter that is not a liability in the field. Mike offers just that with his career .311 average and 10.4 HRr and above average hands. Has pitched in the KWL, but tends to get knocked around. Can throw strikes and that's a plus.
Rumors:
Before the exodus of Steve Scudder, the Wildies appeared to have the most interest. With the team's roster uncertain, we were not able to get confirmation of the remaining interest.
Seeking:
Mike has said that he will not be looking to sign on with a team until around the winter meeting in Decemeber. Teams are more then welcome to contact him regarding team slots, but teams will have to commit to the wait! Wants to play with a team that realizes they are not playing the in the MLB.
