Pitching/Fielding: Quite possibly the best defensive player in the entire American League, another soccer convertee shows off his great speed and hand eye coordination; should rank high in the 08' White Glove voting. Batting: This Q has struggled with the little yellow stick, but should not be considered an easy out. With his speed out of the box, fielders must play balls cleanly. Once on the bases, a great base runner and can easily score from 1st on a ball in the gap.
