Wiggly little Smorch!
After a breakout rookie season, MVP candidate Matt Smorch is looking at the possibility of joining the Wiggle’s during the offseason.  “If the money’s right, ‘er I mean, I like working with kids!” commented a cheesy smiling Matt.
 

Lukas Airborne, where will he land?
It’s no secret that John Liberty and the PF Flyers will be aggressively seeking the services of Lukas Pederson.  The only question is what are the other possible landing spots for the long-time KWL Slugger?

Winfield tampering.
Industrials Captain, Daryl Hutson, has filled a formal complaint with the league front office regarding Ryan Winfield’s contact with players currently under contract.  “Ryan has been hounding Zac and Steve on Facebook to play with Hitless!  This is all fine and fair game, however the offseason hasn’t officially begun!” said Hutson during a phone interview over Labor Day weekend. The league will be looking into the accusations, but many feel nothing will happen to Ryan.
 

Matt Jennings Retiring?
No word from Matt or his agent on his future plans after THP has folded.  Matt tested free agency last year, but after little interested returned to his former team.  He was a no show in FallBall Week 1, adding to the mystery.

Hold the Lemons.
What does the KWL’s farm team have to offer in 2011?  How about a CY Wiffle quality pitcher in Kelly Brophy or an aggressive fielding Damveld?  Will the Lemons finally lock the door and hold onto their talent, or will Travis once again be the only member of the Lemons roster come January?
