Indies Adams has record setting night! by Adam Kuzmin 5/22/12

On Monday night, Zac Adams of the Industrials set a seemingly unbeatable record; 10 hits in 4 at bats! Hitting a robust 2.500 average for the game and boosting his regular season average more than 300 points.   But wait, is that correct?

I shot off an email to Mr. Adams this morning to question his accomplishment.  His response to my prodding was “Yah, I’m a beast.  What can I say, the ball looks like a beach ball! I’m in the ZONE!”

Scared Hitless super fan Kelly was in attendance for the Indies-Gents showdown last night and when I asked if she saw Zac's hit parade, her response was "Who's Zac?!?"

Not only did Zac average more than 2 hits per at bat, he also out hit his own team 10 to 4!  Well done Mr. Adams.  Good luck to anyone else hoping for Player of The Week Honors! Zac has that on LOCK-DOWN!
