After playing for "The Cure" in 2009, Team captain Matt Conroy has informed a league committee member that they will not be "Curing" anything in 2009, as the team will forfeit it's spot in the league. Thus bringing an end to their research to "cure" the league of the "itch".

The Cure finished 8-14 in 2009 and opted out of the TSFC.
